Spotted: Metrowear 100

Metro Magazine celebrated its 20th anniversary with an ambitious gathering of 100 top Filipino designers in one fashion show. The show was a success and here are the show stoppers.

The Comeback

To my 2-3 followers, Flip Fashionista is coming back soon. I've been caught up in the daily ruckus of the tropics so I had to go on sabbatical for a while. I will be posting new items soon so brace yourselves.

Now being in the mad, mad fashion slash publishing industry, a bulk of my posts will hail from this rather wild and extraordinary territory. From the latest Lanvin to a unique ukay-ukay find to a hand-me-down from mommy, it’s interesting to see how people dress themselves. With what people put on their backs, in it is partly a story of who they are. Their job, lifestyle, personality (and the weather) are what determines the fashion they sport.

Let me take you to the world of “real-life” fashion. Superficial, yes, but don’t you just love to people watch???
